I've been meaning to get Debian on it for ages, the whole behaviour of NAV was enough for me to say "this whole thing has to go. No one should have to put up with that." FWIW, I downloaded grisoft's AVG anti-virus, and sure enough the system is clean. It's just Windows, broken. Edit: Hitting enter whilst editing the subject line submits a post?
