I noticed this when I was cutting and pasting from the Debian policy manual.

Fixed pitch text is enclosed in CODE tags, and yet when viewed in Mozilla these do not break the lines.

When I pasted it into the text box here, and previewed it, I saw line breaks at each CODE tag.

Hence the question mark.
