New Average human walking pace is 3 miles/hr
So you could do around 24 - 27 miles a day, if you set your mind to it.

New 4 for me
I still remember being practically dragged by my fast walking Mom, so to survive I learned to scoot.

New I do 4 also, but only for the first mile or 2, then slower.

New Mine is faster but...
With a pack most people slow down. (Anyone who has done some long hikes knows what I am talking about.:-)

Cheers,
Ben
