New But Iraq wants to help
Saddam Hessein has just said that he will cooperate if the U.S. asks for help.
(as seen on CNN 10 minutes again)

P.S. Please don't shoot the piano player. I'm just reporting what I heard.
New The question is, who does he want to help?
I can just see it now - the U.S. is flying across Iraqi airspace, when suddenly they are painted by a whole shitload of missile sites that have been kept dormant until now.

Scenarios like this keep me about this far from pissing my pants over the whole mess. I do have to admit a certain urge just to nuke the whole mideast and be done with it, despite how bloody wrong that answer is...
"He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster. And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you." - Friedrich Nietzsche
New Humanity.
Now that you mention it. He said that Iraq wasn't helping the U.S. but rather civilized humanity.

That's what I heard, not necessarily what I believe. I do think we are going to have to let people/countries prove that they want to rid themselves of the fear terrorism brings. Their actions will have to coincide with their words.
New Oh, the humanity.

New Deal with the devil to solve the more imminant threat
Isn't that what got us in our current trouble in the first place?

I do hope our government has learned from their mistakes.

New Right.
Saddam, father of terrorism, helping the US in its search for those responsible for the plane bombiing.

When pigs fly.
New So you think they have some information then?
Even if it implicates people in their own country?

I'm curious as to what information/dis-information he has.

What harm can come from asking Iraq what help they might want to provide?

Please don't flame me. I'm just asking somewhat hot questions, not defending or supporting any stance here.
New Hmm...
...by falling on his sword?
