The New York Philharmonic has a summer series of free outdoor concerts. Central Park in Manhattan, Van Cortland park in the Bronx, Prospect Park in Brooklyn, etc. as well as the Westchester Community College in Valhalla. Sadly, due to budget cuts, they cancelled their Westchester concert. Don't know about the others.
