Is it feasible to embed a script which would go thru M$ security like.. well Everything goes thru M$ 'Security' and UP^ the refresh rate to sizzling.. on the victim's monitor? Surely that 'ol Registry has the very spot \ufffd for this little "Automatic Web-Upgrade" for your new 'Doze and its new '03 [Sucker-based] EULA. Worked on early hardware that did not have appropriate safeguards to keep the refresh rate from vaulting into the stratosphere.
