A very interesting and odd article, I'm not sure what it means. It's mostly about Laili Helms, the Afgani niece of the former head of the CIA Richard Helms, but also mentions the other non-offical represenatives of the Taliban in the US, and the difficulties of communicating with a country that doesn't even receive regular mail.
