I think you are correct, either that or they got someone typing it in wrong.
I also found on that list "TOP/IP" I assume they meant TCP/IP and someone thought the C looked like an O. This happens when an HR person is filling out job requests for IT positions and someone either handwrites the description for them, or as you said they use an OCR and it messes up.

Though it could also be a transcription error as well, of course.
*chuckle* I've never heard of 08/400, anyway...
Right now, I'd jump at that job - I'm getting 'hungry' again... Of course, by setting the payscale that low, it's pretty certain to attract someone that will bolt to a higher paying job ASAP. IF possible, anyway. Will this industry ever recover? I am no longer so sure.
