New New site
There was a problem during the switchover, but it's supposed to have been fixed. Let me know if it's still busted and I'll let Chuck know about it.

New still broke - plus TCP/IP 4.3 hung again.
just tried it and still no FTP user info. I double checked my web site user info to make sure I didn't type anything wrong.

The TCP/IP 4.3 update still hung at the "updating autoexec.bat" step with 73% on the progress bar. However, I'm not going to worry about it anymore since it's running. I figure 4.3 will be the default install for eCS 1.1, so why waste anymore time fighting with it.

New You have a matrox, don't you
I've recently read on usenet about some people with matroxes having a problem with autoexec.bat being locked, though AFAIK nobody's actually figured out what the actual problem is.

New A question , if I may.
I've recently read on usenet about some people with matroxes having a problem with autoexec.bat being locked, though AFAIK nobody's actually figured out what the actual problem is.

Is this specific to TCP/IP 4.3? I ask because I've been running a G400 with TCP/IP 4.02t and I've never had this kind of experience whenever I updated the 4.0x stack in times past.

Makes me wish I had access to the newer stack to try it out on this system. I'd be real curious to see what would happen to an original Warp 4 with FP 12 system if I went to any other TCP/IP 4.x stack. Doesn't sound like I'd like it very much, but it would give me an excuse to do a fresh install of OS/2. ;-)
New Yep
though I'm using SDD, not Matrox specific drivers.

Weirdness.
