example inch ID(interior Diameter)sheered inside a 1.25 inchOD pipe. Thread the exterior of the 1.25, screw in a 1.25(ID)/1.0(ID) reducer. Solder a mated smooth 1.25ID/threaded 1.0(ID).
Get creative with pvc pipe dope and epoxy resins.
