New eCS site looks nice - but

and it's a big but - it appears to be hard-coded to a 640 wide display. Makes it look bad on a 1600x1200 screen.

Actually it's hard coded to a width of 700:<table align="center" width="700" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0">
