The term is "planted evidence". After the "war" is over, all kinds of things will be "found". That's why I'm hammering on this now. Saddam's life is in danger. If the situation were reversed, Bush would be tossing nukes left and right. Yet, somehow, Saddam is NOT deploying the "WMD's" that you KNOW he has. The question is "why".
