I haven't heard if the LaGuardia "attempt" was cross-country or not but I expect it was.

The question now seems to be what were the intended targets?

East coast, West coast, White House, Camp David, a Nuclear facility?

We ought to be somewhat concerned with a false sense of security, don't you think?
