...and dump Tony Blair and bail from the Privileged Children's Crusade, might we be reduced to eating "Freedom Muffins" at breakfast? (Ah, and in this morning's paper a report of a move to change the designation of a Certain District of New Orleans to...yes indeedy...)

My gran going into a store in the states circa 1964 to buy yarn for her knitting, The chocolate hued sales girl asks her what color. Gran replies Nigger Brown without even a clue about what she just said. With the thick accent and the way gran was clueless, the girl just got the yarn and sold it to her.

New Aussie went thru similar crap due to our multiculturalness

It got a bit out of hand at one stage but all-in-all it has been the other cultures who have ridiculed Aussie authorities doing away with traditional but of christian origin events.
