...that are the same in every post by that poster, then it's an option you set by going to "Edit Preferences". Scroll down to "Posting Preferences", and fill in the edit box next to "Personal Picture URL". Mine, for instance, says "http://www.saunalahti.fi/crconrad/crc666.jpg".

No, but thanks Conrad. I meant the pictures you all can post in the body of the post. I've seen them before. :) I think maybe we have it figured out, just waiting on my friend from the Philippines to send me the URL tags. :)
