There were slave in Israel in 2002. Since 2002 comes AFTER 70, then there HAVE been "slaves in Israel since AD 70". The state of Israel established in 1948 was established with no laws against owning people, didnt mention it. That is correct. It was legal to own slaves in Israel from 1948 until 2002. And slaves were owned. both of the above facts are correct. No. One of them is correct. The other is a lie. One was deliberately misleading in context. If by "deliberately misleading" you mean "outright lie", well, that would be about par for the course. The Israel existing prior to AD70 is a different Israel than the one today. So, when you complained that only blacks could own slaves... and I replied that it was legal in Israel to own slaves in 2002... When you said that I was wrong, it was because YOU were refering to an Israel that had stopped existing in 70 AD... So, I wasn't wrong. Yet you said I was. Because "Israel" didn't exist in the 21st century. But I stated that Israel, in the 21st century allowed slavery. But, to you, "Israel" does not exist in the 21st century. Yep. I can see that I'm going to be posting links to this thread a LOT in the future. hahahahahahahhahaha You really should have just accepted the smack down and shut up. :D

So in order for YOU to be right that Israel did not have slaves in 2000.... Well, there is no way for you to be right. Israelis DID have slaves in the year 2000, in Israel, legally. Play all the games you want to, but that is a fact. And I have posted 4 links substantiating that fact. So now you'll go off on some semantic game about whether "Israel" is "Israel" or whether "Israel" is not "Israel". Israel, in the year 2000, allowed legal ownership of slaves and slaves were kept in Israel in the year 2000. I know this must REALLY tear your "Israel is soooo great" heart apart. But, those are the breaks.
