Bzzzzt! I am not in the military any more. :)
And I was not the one doing the torturing.
I didn't do it.
I am not in a position to authorize or prevent it.
I oppose such usage.
Yet YOU still think that it's MY fault.
What happened to the party of "personal responsibility"?
:)
hahahahahahahhahahahahhaha
Maybe it's time for you to post one of your pictures, again.
Hey, what countries torture prisoners to death?
#1. Canada?
#2. France?
#3. Germany?
#4. China?
#5. The USofA?

germany canada WW2
canadians were noted for tying prisoners to the front of their tanks when they were in northern germany. Germans, note mengeles. China invented a lot of techniques, 1000 cuts etc. France, check Algeria before the liberation. US, check flinging charlie out of choppers. Anything else I can help you with? thanx, bill

Today's lesson is "verb tense".
Verbs have multiple tenses.
past tense present tense future tense
(there are others, but I'll avoid them right now to keep this simple)
When I ask the question: "Hey, what countries torture prisoners to death?"
The verb "torture" is used in the "present tense".
When boxley replies to that question, he uses the "past tense".
Germany DID torture prisoners BACK in the 1940's.
The USofA DOES torture prisoners in the year 2003.
Verb tense, a part of "reading with comprehension".
Hey, there's probably still room in Marlowe's school for another student in a basic English class.

I bet you won't do that.
You don't have the balls to risk being spanked by a non-native speaker correcting you on something so basic in YOUR native language as verb tense.
But it is very funny that you have to check with a non-native speaker on this subject.
And you claim that I am uneducated.

No. I said that your language skills were inferior....
in your native language, than the his, in the same language, which is non-native to him.
And I found that EXTREMELY amusing given your recent focus on "education".

Soooooo.....
I say that CRC has superior language skills than you do...
and you seem to agree that he does......
and, to you, that means that I don't know what I'm talking about.
YES!!! Another victory for me.
You REALLY need to take a basic logic course with that basic English course.
