"There may be intelligence value in continuing the surveillance," the government official said. "Also, just because you find a name that would indicate possible links to al Qaeda doesn't mean you have the sufficient basis for making an arrest." Bzzzzzttttttt!!!! Check the arrests made immediately after the WTC attack. So, we hold a media frenzy saying that we've arrested one of the top guys AND we have his files. Then, we hold a media frenzy saying that names are named in those files AND we recognize them. BUT we aren't going to be making any IMMEDIATE arrests. Like I said when this story first broke. The proof is in the arrests. Just like Marlowe, they will keep making excuses about why they haven't done something that should have been simple given what they claimed they had. To me, that means that they don't have what they claimed to have.
