When it comes down to it, I can either jump through a billion hoops to make it work using my OS/2 applications, or I can do it all in CorelDraw on a winbox. It sucks that I'm doing it on a winbox, but CorelDraw let's me draw the comic so much faster because I can do everything in one place, make readjustments, edit as needed, etc.
Photo>Graphics is a great drawing program, but the way it handles text is just lousy. Embellish does text pretty well, but once you've set it and saved it, you can't undo it. And having to jump back and forth between two programs is a pain in the ass, not to mention that it triples the amount of time it takes to make a comic every day. So sadly, I moved away from OS/2 for my comic simply because the programs I was using weren't being updated, and it was getting to be too much work to make everything fit together.
Now, if I can get VirtualPC to work well with my computer, I'm hoping that I can install CorelDraw and DreamWeaver on *that* -- that would be great, since I wind up doing all my writing, browsing etc. in OS/2...
