A reporter was pressing Fleischer for information about how much the US if offering other countries for support. Fleischer not only tried to deny that there was any deal making going on, but tried to act indignant that anybody would suggest that other countries might be open to such deals. The Whitehouse transcript puts it in the best possible way, but even they record the laughing in the room at that point. Not a huge thing, but I think it plays into the idea that people are trusting the White House less and less. Jay

It is interesting to read how the apparant past ready acceptance of obvious b/s from whitehouse briefings, is at last getting the accolades some of it deserves. Could this be the first indication that the "Bended Knee" group is catching on?
