The funny part is that our current regime is so stupid to believe that they can find and destroy the information.

One document scanner and a CD burner and freely available encryption technology.......

Scan all the documents into PDF format, encrypt them, burn the encrypted files to CD.

Then make LOTS of copies of those CD's.

Burn all the paper. Have a bonfire. Invite everyone.
