Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Didn't TRG do some work on this?
[link|http://www.timpanogas.com/|TRG]
New We are talking about direct access not over the Wire...
I am guessing Karsten has a machine that has Netware partitions on them. The NW is not bootable to get the files off... from the network.

He is looking at using Linux to grab the files and such directly off the machine. The stuff TRG did was for the TFS files system... NSS is a real bugger.

So far even companies that have access to the NSS code, are having difficulty getting thier proucts to work well... It does work though, just not as well as it should... On-Track is one of the few that really understand it... amongst others.

New Captain Nemo, if you have a Windows box.
I've used that to recover info from NetWare drives (not NSS) before.
New What I guess I am doing...
...is not communicating properly...

I realize you can do alternate things to get TFS files off of dead machines, but NSS is still just too new...

ON-Track does have utilities to do it... but you knew that already...

Oh well. Back to my droll(sp?) existance(sp?)
