Click on "U.N. Security Council Meeting" for 2/14/2003 near the bottom. It's 3 hours and 20 minutes. It's a javascript link (I haven't tried it myself).
The major news outlets have summaries and opinions about it as well. E.g. [link|http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A10350-2003Feb14.html|WashPost]. They saw a lot more of the presentation than I did and came to a different conclusion.
