New Wow, it shifted.
The epicenter of evil in the Universe used to be in a second-floor dorm room in Hong Hall on the campus of Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, Washington. I know 'cause it was my room and I put down the masking-tape marking the spot. Not that anything in or around our room was necessarily evil, we just determined (through extensive research) that that's where good and evil "balanced out" in a center-of-mass kind of way.
