Ashton, I have sinned.
Today I did something I am frightfully ashamed of in order to keep peace in the house.
I can just barely write this.... . .. ... .... ..... ...... ..... .... ... .. . My wife and I purchased an SUV. . .. ... .... ... .. . Forgive?

I don't know SUV's, is that one?
Obviously, this was my wife's pick. It's a Pilot (Honda), Consumer Reports pick, etc.
I feel so dirty.
[Edit]: I google'd it. A PORCHE? Please! You think I have YOUR money? :-)

Go for a humble Volkswagen, then - the VW "Touareg" is...
...basically the same car as the Porsche Cayenne! :-)

Your lies are of Microsoftian Scale and boring to boot. Your 'depression' may be the closest you ever come to recognizing truth: you have no 'inferiority complex', you are inferior - and something inside you recognizes this. - [link|http://z.iwethey.org/forums/render/content/show?contentid=71575|Ashton Brown]

hmmf,snort no cant do it ... yes I can...no..oh heck :-)
getting laid is more important than standing on principals. I do exactly the same thing. Dont sweat the small stuff. The milage on that critter is prolly pretty decent considering (5 I think you said at one time?) hauling you have to do. Enjoy without guilt, you could afford to make your wife happy. That is more important than what 6 billion other people might think. Now between you and I when discussing our discussions you will be driving the old (mazda?) you used to use. thanx, bill

Verily I say unto thee, my son
Thine is a mere venal sin which may be atoned: dast not move it very far or very often, or Ever! -- to the 7-11 for a Big G{ulp..} and a Lottery ticket. This be thy penance.
Alas, for a Honda having selected thee [if it be made in Japan?] thine is such sin as shall runneth-over a number of years -- yet may be rendered moot by events unfolding. As The Gooder Book advises,
In a storm of violently flung bullshit, even an expensive steel cage is preferable to a proper Repug-style cloth coat
Go now (but sparingly) and keepeth this monstrous creation from leaving ruts in My green fields and tundras; aimeth thine albatross within the scriptured dinosaur tracks provided by Mammon.
I Who Be.
As to thine instigator, Get thee to a nunnery! o besmirched daughter of priapic Chic-worship.
The vast majority of our imports come from outside the country. George W. Bush jr.

WTF *for*?
/me fits more in his Bluebird with the seats down than the chap down the road does in his Terrano II.
And gets >330 miles out of a tank.

Safer (it did get a 5 star rating) and...
goes up/down hills in NC where we drive on trips the most. And, having awd, goes better through the snow we get up here. All the typical arguments... and, of course, my favorite, "I like to sit up high"
