New Relief, deflation
just heard from my agent... the preliminary report on the inspection was very good. A few things, some screws missing here and there, a few 8$ pieces need to be replaced, but that's really it. AND, the couple's *mother* liked the house a lot, which is a good sign. :)

I'm going to turn into a little puddle on the floor now. I *still* don't know why ubersoft.net isn't updating, but at this point I don't much care...
