for a complete refund. In complete accordance with the EULA. I wonder what the restocking costs would do to them... Plus, what would it do to their sales numbers? If they don't subtract the returns from the sales, we could see stories like this:

"In an amazing quarter, Compaq's sales figures skyrocketed 10000% yet profits plummeted. An unnamed Compaq employee cited restocking costs as a factor."

Sure it's not a direct jab at M$, but you do what you can.
