Here's my odd setup:
*RedHat 6.2 on Sun Ultra 1
*LAN is entirely Win/Intel, with Cisco routers and firewall (PIX).
*I can ping local IP's (ie - 10.0.0.x) with the exception of the default gateway, thus - no Internet access; can't ping outside IP's.
*The OS leases an IP on boot (from the DHCP server) and gets the other necessary info for networking, except (again) for the default gateway address, which makes sense since I can't ping it.
*I am about to destroy all related equpiment.
Is there something I need to change on one of the servers to allow this machine access to the default gateway? I even manually configured the default gateway address in the netconfig program, but to no avail. The firewall is set to allow ALL outgoing traffic. I've made RedHat 7.1 work perfectly (on an X86 machine), but no joy yet on ultraSPARC.

Thanks in advance.
