Welcome to IWETHEY!

New You don't understand the issue, do you?
Who cares if Saddam lies? You do it all the time. Your hero Bush does it all the time. I don't trust Saddam or you or Bush.

The issue is about whether we're going to increase our deficit spending to take out a petty dictator who isn't even bad enough to scare his next door neighbors just so we can control a huge lake of oil.

Will the long term benefits of controlling a lake of oil be worth the damage to our economy today and the number of lives it will cost to take that lake and hold it?

As long as you're in the oil industry and don't have anyone you care about in the military then it isn't even a question.

If you're one of almost a million people who almost lost their unemployment benefits, would you rather have cheap fuel for your car or a JOB?

You don't understand because you still have a couple YEARS to go before you even THINK about doing anything more than flipping burgers after school.
New Tad simplistic don'tcha think?

lower energy costs create jobs too.
You were born...and so you're free...so Happy Birthday! Laurie Anderson
