New Correction...DeCSS is legal *in Norway*
As we all well know, Norwegian courts hold no sway inside the US. Meanwhile, US courts (well, lawmakers and their backers, anyway) think that what we say goes worldwide.

Woo, time for a day of reckoning. Some day US law-folx will learn that the rest of the world is not beholden to us.

and quoted the teenager, "it's a triumph for consumers" (This via BBC on NPR).

Perhaps, in washing hands.. the USSC is barely beginning to consider that their decisions are not The Law of the Earth (see below post).
