The plaque carries the words Mr. Humphrey was known for saying again and again: "Doooor! It's like bloody Norway in here." Many seek immortality. He was a good friend of mine; many a night did we spend drinking heavily and arguing about gun control. His favorite drink was Jamesons and water... He had a brass plaque placed on his barstool - ever after, if I sat in it, I would drink at least one Jameson's & water, for him.
