Seriously, I'd take vise-grips over scissors any day. Looked for THE multi-tool for last ten years. Had this one for two now and I'll never look back.

New Depends what you got to do
When you need to cut cable ties, scissors do a much nice job (although not as nice as diag cutters) than using a blade. And cutting cable ties is something I frequently have to do.
