Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Speaking of which... remind me of...
a Nickelodeon Cartoon. It's absolutely Hilarious... even better than "Invader Zim" which they cancelled (GRRRRR).

"The Fairly Odd Parents". It's about a boy named Timmy and his two Fairy Godparents, Wanda and Elmo. Other characters are Timmy's Mom and Dad (no really the Mom is called Timmy's Mom, and the Dad is Timmy's Dad). They always hire a 16 year old babysitter named Vicki. Well she revels in the fact that she can make Timmy's life HELL.

Well, Timmy's fairly odd Fairy Godparents, HAVE to grant wishes for him... BUT there is always a few "Mishaps"... I tell you... I can't stop laughing for just about the whole show. Everyone of them is like that.

This cartoon is great, it works for the Kids really well (Both 15yr old and 10yr old laugh too), and it amuses EVEN my wife... Some of the things are *SOOO* wrong... well you'll just have to see it for yourself.

Edit: Dahm, Ewe Been... ;)

New On Cartoons...
There is a Lrpdism... "Now would I throw this lit match in the oven, if my friend Mugsy where in there? You Might Rabbit... You Might..."

That came from my all time favorite Bugs Cartoon. The #2 Bugs is: "I am Elmer J.Fudd, Millionaire, I own a mansion and a yacht!"

#3: "So do you want him to shoot you now or shoot you later? I've got you now, rabbit. It's not shoot *YOU* now, it shoot *ME* now. <pause> Okay Doc, you can shoot him now."

Nuff of the Looney Toons... in a class by themselves.

I'd say "Sponge Bob" is tops for me also, not as funny Sometimes, but knee slapping most of the time.

"Fairly Odd Parents" is #2 *ALMOST* #1, were it not for those GREAT Sponge Bob episodes.

#3 An Extremely Solid third at that goes to: Dexter's Lab.... one episode has made it so. Although they ALL are fanatical fodder... the one episode... has a single saying in it... "Omelete duFromage"... nuff said.

Then we get into the "Adult Cartoons"

#1 is a tie: Samurai Jack, merely from a taste for Stories. But also from a "No Outlines" way to draw. There are No Black Lines Delineiating colors. Except for a darker chin line. or some accents. The OTHER #1 is the new "Justice League" From a stand point of Coolness. I grew-up with the Cheesey 70's versions... of course the REALLY Cheesey 50's and 60's versions as well. For me it was an "About Dam Time" statement coming out of my mouth.

#3 Of course we have Anime on CN alot now. It's all in at #3 for me except DB/DBZ and Hamtaro. that's right... G Gundam, Inuyasha, Cowboy Bebop, Yuyu Hakusho, Gundam 0080, Mobile Suit Gundam, Zoids.

#11... Time Squad. Nuff said... go watch it. Another Hilarious "Abbott and Costello" type of show...

DB/DBZ I just HATE watching 4 half hour shows of Goku or Vegeta or Gohan or Trunks transforming into Super Sayan Level 2-3-900(or so). Hamtaro, yeesh... enough to make me sick. It's someone in Japan purposely writing for American audiences, but doing it in Japanese (in Japan yet too) and then doing the translation... not good.

Yeah, I know... I watch TOOO much Television. Actually it's on while I work. Just happen to absorb it all the time.

New Don't have cable right now
Warner Cable sucked bunnies and blew them back as big chunks back when I subscribed.

That was a few years ago, maybe they've changed. Right. Takes a long time to change a big company, and their employees. F'r instance, I scheduled my installation of cable for a 10:00 installation (this was ten or more years ago, take it with a ton of salt) and he showed up at 4:00.

I had them during the Gulf War but unsubscribed shortly after.
New Thanx!
seen it once - my nephew had it on during a visit, but I didn't see what it was called or what channel it was on. Fairly Odd is an apt description :-)

New Erm....
Other characters are Timmy's Mom and Dad (no really the Mom is called Timmy's Mom, and the Dad is Timmy's Mom).

OK, so then who is Timmy's Dad? :-P

Cheers,
Ben
