New phpIWETHEY source code

Requires phplib and Smarty templates. I don't have the time to finish it (or the will... php is pretty lousy IMO), so if some of you want to run with it, be my guest. I suspect the end result would be better than zIWETHEY, given some of the problems I've had with it.

New Alternatives.
Not sure how long it would take me, but I was going to try to build some CGI scripts in Icon to talk ODBC to a mimic of your database. Out of curiousity, you understand. If I get them to an anything like working state, you'd be welcome to host them on the Real Database. :-)
