I didn't think trailer parks would support a decent Italian eatery...
Kitchens I've been in had different kinds of starch. Sauces were numbered in a couple though.
You can fill our a menu by using variants of a sauce on different macaroni or by switching sides.
*GOOD* places actually have varying specials dependent on availabilty of ingredients, and use different pastas for filler.
I've never been asked for "spag up" in my life. God but I must be so sheltered...
Oh well...
