Post #700 by qstephens 7/2/01 5:03:19 PM Reply	Re: General question I'm guessing here, but it's probably two completely different meanings of the word 'Lieutenant', one being a rank, the other meaning assistant or deputy, as in Lord Lieutenant of a county, who is the Queen's representative when she does not attend an event, and her assistant when she does. qts
