I'm getting a new machine here and want to give my wife the old one. However, before I do that I wanted to move over my OS and app's from this machine to the new one (guess I'm selfish and don't figure she'll have as much fun on the newer faster one as I would :-) Anyhow, I've got a pile of app's installed here under W2K (sorry) and was entertaining the thought of ghosting it over the network. To my simple mind it would seem quicker and easier than installing W2K, doing the service packs, putting on the fixes I've done and then reinstalling and configuring all the apps that have on this beast.

Is this possible? reasonable? simply a dream?
