New Licensing compatibility: Apache and GPL
I want to use some Apache License code but GPL my own stuff. The Apache code ([link|http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine|http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine]) is a framework/API.

Is this possible?

I strongly suspect, but will need to go read the relevant documents, that the LGPL will let you do what you want.

New I am guessing not
Apache uses the noxious advertising clause. :-(

For better advice I would suggest asking this question on [link|http://lists.alt.org/mailman/listinfo/fsl-discuss|http://lists.alt.org...tinfo/fsl-discuss] instead.
