I noticed when I click on the Open Forum (without logging in), there is no network traffic for a long time. Seems to me there is a performance issue in the software programming that compiles the page to send to my browser.

I like the way preview is handled - I don't need to click BACK to make corrections, but how about changing SAVE to POST and instead of a preview checkbox, make it a button. So we have POST and PREVIEW buttons.

New Neither.
That's a "way too many posts on one page" problem. :-)

Log in and collapse the threads until you catch up, perhaps.

The post/preview UI will be changed at some point, too.
