Don't forget the "express visa" program (is that its exact name?) that continued for months after the WTC/Pentagon/Pennsylvania crashes.

Oh and those lovely visas that were sent to the Florida flying school, what was it, six months after the crashes?

Between the State Department and the INS, it's a wonder they catch *anyone* trying to infiltrate the country, even illegally - let alone legally, as with these 15 visas.

To be fair, though, if the hijackings hadn't occurred, there'd be people raising hell about the bureaucracy making them jump through hoops and so forth.
