Find an "enterprise" niche.

Seed the market.

Get people dependant.

Revoke the GPL on the 1st patch.

Start sending bills.

They had to pull back early on the GFS
because the various projects (Compaq SSI,
etc) started using it, which means any
problems show up before people are dependant
on it.

What they want is direct end users rather
than developers using their stuff. That
way it'll get implemented quickly, and
then they OWN you.

Just a wee bit cynical, ehh?
