Having picked up a Sony 34XBR800 a few weeks ago and finally getting a HDTV receiver this coming Monday, I get to watch such events in all their high definition glory! Now if only the Leafs can make it to the Cup finals this season... One of the local Toronto stations will start HD broadcasts next month in addition to the Detroit HD feeds provided by Rogers Cable. Now we just need HDNET/HDNHL/ESPN for hockey games and CBC to get off their butts to do HNIC in HD. That would be sweeeeeett!
