I was OK sitting at my office chair but once I got home and went to lie down, pain pain pain pain. Woke up Monday night. Something was odd. Then it hit me - no pain! I was lying in bed, there was no pain. Almost makes me believe in miracles. The lawyers would mostly rather be what they are than get out of the way even if the cost was Hammerfall. - Jerry Pournelle

My back popped like a guitar string. Took two days to recover (I wasn't immobile, just in pain all day). I stay in bed much more than 8 hours, but since that's nearly impossible for a business owner I rarely notice it. It goes away in a few minutes anyway.
