Unlike Enron or Tycco or other wanna be jailings, judges can seemingly impose contempt citations almost at will without a "get out of jail with a laughable bail" card. The lawyers would mostly rather be what they are than get out of the way even if the cost was Hammerfall. - Jerry Pournelle
