it depends on which direction the boss wants to take it. He is tired of Microsoft technology and is looking at alternatives. Linux, Java, Oracle, MySQL, PHP, etc.

I am setting up a test server at work now, Windows 2000 Server, SQL Server, Terminal Server, etc.
