The Oslo Accords required the PA to refrain from carrying out any governmental activities outside the areas under its control, this includes East Jerusalem. All Israel is doing is enforcing the existing acords. The PA keeps saying all we want is for Israel to fulfill it's obligation sunder the accords, well that works both ways, and the Palestinians have NEVER fulfilled the conditions of the Oslo accords.
