What browser and version of Flash are you using? Does her mouth open up after hitting a key? If not, then the Flash is screwed up somehow. If the mouth does open, but you get no sound, trying turning up the volume. If that doesn't work, I am not sure what it can be, do you get sound with your other programs? If not, check the speaker connector or your sound card driver, or the mixer and make sure it isn't on "Mute".
