One thing that happens with your posts that I believe generates negative reaction is the

I SAY:

line at the end. You post a lot of very informative material and a lot of us read it - most of us have differing opinions & perhaps one idea you may want to consider is to post an item without adding editorial comment, then if you want add a post with opinion or commentary.

The problem with the I SAY line is that if the news item offends some of our sensibilities & the I SAY comments adds to that, then we tend to shoot the messanger when that is perhaps unfair.
