Gotta be bogus - lacks the most important question of all
Have you spent your entire life, trying to have a disease named after you?
I feel that any testing agency which is so heartless as to omit this crucial question - is clearly out to get me. I'm not gonna take it anymore.

I'm going for a disorder instead.
Diseases are so...........whatever.
I'd rather have a mental disorder named after me.

Thet trouble with that is,
You're a walkin target for any cop to arrest for -
disorder-ly conduct.
Whereas we congenitally diseased.. may elicit the sympathy of the other-diseased, and of the smugly (merely attitudinally-diseased) too.

Interesting, like calling Cleo the psychic..
Paranoid: Very High (heh) Schizoid: Moderate Schizotypal: High Antisocial: Moderate Borderline: Moderate Histrionic: High Narcissitic: High Avoidant: Low Dependent: Moderate Obsessive-Compulsive: Low
My Wife (psych major, senior - graduates in May) was low on everything except Avoidant and Dependent where she scored Moderate.
What I found interesting about this was the binary only answers. I could have answered yes, no, maybe or sometimes to many of the questions given circumstances.
My wife echoed my sentiment, and also took issue with the test. The questions are repetitive, seem to be 'spun', and aren't in any way how a mental health professional would go about determining the diagnosis or a patient.

Very intruiging.
I wonder if the operators of these sites ever get curious about the traffic spike we send them.
Paranoid: Low Schizoid: High Schizotypal: Low Antisocial: Low Borderline: Low Histrionic: Low Narcissistic: Moderate Avoidant: Low Dependent: Low Obsessive-Compulsive: Moderate
Can't say I'd ever thought myself to be Schizoid...

Worthless test, IMO.
Paranoid: Low Schizoid: Low Schizotypal: Low Antisocial: Low Borderline: Low Histrionic: Moderate Narcissistic: Moderate Avoidant: Low Dependent: Low Obsessive-Compulsive: Low
Too many of the questions don't have yes or no answers. E.g. "Are you quiet in social situations, often out of fear of saying something stupid?" Well, I'm usually quiet in social situations, but not usually out of fear of saying something stupid. Etc.
But it was interesting. :-) Thanks for posting the link.
OBTW, I don't really think I'm as "balanced" as the results above would indicate. :-) I'm certainly not histrionic nor narcissistic - I generally want to be left out of office politics, etc...
Cheers, Scott.

Re: Worthless test, IMO.
Agree. I had a couple of "moderates" (including Narcissistic like you) with the rest "low" as well.

So - is this
Religion, Philosophy, or Metaphysics?
I mean, geez - it only classed me as having 'moderate' paranoia.
I must be slipping.

What is with the schizoids?
A lot of us (myself included) came up high on that.
I also come up high on Obsessive-Compulsive, moderate on Schizotypal, Narcissistic, and Dependant, low on everything else.

test was prolly devised by psycologists as opposed
to psychiatrists. Touchy feely crew. I think the questions that are based on "do you give a flying fsck what other people think of you?" would prolly be answered no in most cases here. To a psychiatrist that is interesting to a psycologist that is a sign of illness that fits schizoid. OT how is the heat? visited my relatives that live at 173& Walton in the bronx and it was killer there. What they paid for that shithole was scary. I know you mentioned living close to the Hospital do you guys have ac? thanx,.bill
