This looks like yet another B.S. punitive strike. Like that's gonna start getting through to Saddam any time soon. He thinks it's all a big joke. And he's right. We keep trying to send this guy a message. Well, it doesn't do to repeat yourself when it's obvious the other guy isn't listening. Let's obliterate Iraq's ability to fight, and then assassinate that asshole, and be done with it already. This all got really old a long time ago. If the US didn't use the bombs it already had, it would have to cancel the orders for new bombs. Think of it as helping the US economy un-slump itself. We're just using up the old, crusty, stale bombs before they're completely past their shelf-date.
